Our Culture
Throughout the week you will find our vibrant team collaborating on various projects in our industrial open-concept office building. Located one block off Main Street, you can feel the energy of our bustling town.
Participation in our local community is a common occurrence at Mustard Architects. Fifth Fridays are a special time for us to engage with local organizations like Habitat for Humanity, The Fredericksburg SPCA, The Hill Country Needs Council and The Grace Center.
Our team builds camaraderie through celebrating office birthdays and collaborating on projects such as crafting a unique float for Fredericksburg’s annual Christmas parade.
